What Kind of Sites Are We Looking For?

Not sure if your land is the right fit? Here’s what we look for in a successful Wigwam® Holidays site:

1.  Individuals who embody our Brand and Values

For over 30 years, our mission at Wigwam holidays has been simple: provide great holidays in the great outdoors. Key to this, is to work with individuals who share our core values of Honesty, Integrity and Respect. We work with incredible franchises from all over the country. We all share the same core values and a passion for the outdoors.

2. Quiet and Rural

The only thing we insist on is peace and quiet. Customers choose our sites to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. With our expertise and Wigwam Pods, we can make a success of almost any type of land… peace and quiet is essential though.

3. Accessibility & Essential Services

To create a successful Wigwam destination, your site will need:

  • Road access for guests to arrive with ease.

  • Power & water connections to support guest amenities.

  • Drainage & waste management solutions to ensure long-term sustainability.

We’ll guide you through the setup process and help you meet these requirements efficiently.

4. Breathing Space

A great glamping site doesn’t need hundreds of acres, just room for at least one Wigwam® pod, and plenty of space for guests to relax.
