£60k - £360K Initial investment

One of our franchise spec wooden cabins costs around £60k fully specced and situated. You can start with one or twenty..but starting with one to six is normal. 

We’ll support you every step of the way, making sure you have a successful outdoor accommodation business that works for you.

Flat 20% Commission rate

We charge a flat 20% (+VAT) commission rate for our franchise. There are no hidden fees and you pay the same commission no matter where a booking comes from. This is unlike any other business operating in this market who add the commission of Online Travel Agents like Airbnb and Booking.com on top of their base commission rate.
